1 Kings 1:28-48

Loving Divine Family,

Praise to you, LORD, our God, for your never-ending affection towards us. You see us in our human condition; you hear the cries of our hearts, and do not turn your back on us. We fear for our families and the next generations. Hear our cries, O LORD.

Praise to you, loving Yahweh, you keep your word and fulfil your oaths in ways we can not comprehend. Thank you for the gift of peace. We pray for peace for our nations and the transfer of power in peace. You are righteous and mighty.

I lift my cries and fears to you today, Compassionate God, and thank you for…

Blessed be your name, LORD of Creation. In the days of King David, you blessed David with the assurance that you would remain with his future generations. We believe your same assurance is for us. We praise you for your generosity and for answering our cries while we are in the land of the living.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!
