Eleventh Week of Ordinary Time, Friday, August 18, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
Winds of the four directions make themselves known as they blow through the landscape. They bring messages of praise to you. Waters move with the winds. Trees and fields dance and applaud under your canopy space. They yield bountiful crops for the rest of creation, demonstrating your love as they give themselves to others. This is your sacred prayer space; this is where we love to dwell.
Thank you, Lord, for turning your face towards us and smiling on us; you bring us joy and delight. We radiate your love and presence. We praise you, our God. Thank you for the blessings and the harvest of plenty.
I have all I need today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…
Deal with us ever so gently as the winds blow and the waters surge. Our human bodies are fragile and cannot last except by your merciful love. Give us faith to believe you have already guaranteed our passage and presence into your glory.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
