2 Chronicles 8:12-15 (New Living Translation) read by Mark Beingessner

2 Chronicles 8:12-15

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space with thanksgiving in our hearts. You have provided wise Elders for us. Through them, you show us acts of wisdom and remind us the importance of following the direction of godly people who provide guidance that comes from you. We hear your voice when they speak; they reflect your wisdom and ways. We know we can trust them.

Today we come to worship you in the sanctuary of your creation. We present ourselves as living sacrifices. Thank you for the gifts of celebration, ceremonies, and symbols that allow us to experience who we are in you and who you are in us, our true selves. Thank you for the people in our lives who show us how to obey and not deviate from your instructions.

I hear your wisdom in your guides and Elders today, Loving Yahweh, and thank you for…

We are sojourners together on your ancient path. We desire to remain on this good path with you and stray neither to the left or the right. Your Elders guide us in their ways and demonstrate wise words and actions. We hear and feel those in the heavenly realm cheering us on. We follow you with absolute faith as we journey together.

With joy we praise you,

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
