Acts 13:16-25

Loving Divine Family,

You bless us by bringing to mind the ways you have been with our ancestors throughout the ages. You shine your light across the expanse of your timeless landscape, revealing to us the Faith-markers long forgotten in our handed-down stories. You invite us to journey with you; we pause in worship in the shadow of these Faith-markers.

Ancient of Days, thank you for caring for our ancestors, for us, and for the future generations. We allow our background, history, culture, and perspective to shape how we view ourselves and others. May we lay aside our bias and perspectives, so we can hear you and see your creation, the way you view creation. May we be people after your own heart, doing what you instruct us to do.

I remember your faithfulness through the ages today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

Invite us into your mystery, LORD, so we will meditate and contemplate on your guidance in our lives. We will remember to remember your purpose for us; we will step forward with courage as we follow your lead.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
