“Psalm 48 (New Living Translation)” by Connie Beingessner.

Psalm 48:1-14

Loving Divine Family,

We gather on your Holy Mountain, in your Holy City. We are greeted with kindness; we return kindness to others. Here, in your sacred prayer space, we meditate on your unfailing love. You are truly the LORD of All.

Great is the LORD, worthy of glory; worth to be praised. We lift up our voices to praise you, Faithful God, we ponder your unfailing love. With great joy, we will tell the future generation about your unfailing love and mighty deeds.

I meditate on your unfailing love today, Mighty God, and thank you for…

From your courts and citadels, we hear the drums of our ancestors. We hear their ancient songs ringing forth. Singers, musicians, and Prayer Warriors join from the Four Directions, from across space and time, in songs of praise to you. We join their songs of jubilation!

With joy we praise you!

Amen!
