Isaiah 44:1-4

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space seeking you. Even before we arrive, you are waiting for us here. Your blessings shower upon us like rain on the earth. You show us how you are blessing us now and in the generations to come; like our ancestors before us, you are blessing us. We have not always recognized your blessings. We have not always been taught to acknowledge and thank you. But you are changing us; new strength and wisdom comes from you.

Our hearts are joyful when we hear you speak. Thank you for the water for our dry lands and the nourishment for our souls. Thank you for pouring out your Spirit on us and our offspring. Thank you for wisdom and blessings that last forever.

I see your blessings throughout the generations today, Loving Yahweh, and thank you for…

Your nourishing waters feed and fill us. You make us strong and sure; our roots run deep and our wings make us soar on the wind of your Spirit. All is through the gift of your Spirit, grace, mercy, and lovingkindness. We rejoice in your ways and how you sustain us.

With joy we praise you,

Amen!
