2 Peter 1:1-11 (The Message) read by Mark Beingessner

2 Peter 1:1-11

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, seeking confirmation of your calling for us. You have provided every gift and opportunity, so we can follow you. You invite us to participate in your mystery. We journey on your good path, heeding your instruction and desire for us.

What a joy it is to participate in your divine nature. Thank you for the grace and peace we receive through the intimate relationship with you, Abba Father, Jesus our LORD, and Holy Spirit. Thank you for the life-giving breath we inhale into our beings and for the provisions we need.

I hear your invitation to participate in your mystery today, O LORD, and thank you for…

Grant to us the faith to continue our journey on your path. Increase our goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, and love. We seek to walk your path and greet each other in a good way.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
