Acts 7:9-16

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space clothed in the armour of your light. You invite us to rest with you. You tell us stories–ancient stories of how you were with our families in past generations. Surely, the same light you gave to our ancestors also shines in our lives.

Loving Yahweh, thank you for being with us. We take our eyes off our circumstances and look to you and your goodness. Grant us grace and wisdom that blesses others. May others see you through us.

I remember the stories of your faithfulness today, O LORD, and thank you for…

Walk with us through our days on this earth. Cast us not from your presence. We will return goodness to those who cross our paths. We will share in times of famine and harvest honourably. One thing we ask; this is what we seek–to dwell in the house of the LORD all our days. May our descendants bury us in the land you promised long ago, beneath Ancient Faith-markers. And may we always remember your faithfulness to us. Clothe our children and grandchildren in the same armour of your light, throughout the generations.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
