Genesis 7:11-8:5

Loving Divine Family,

The storms come upon the earth; they threaten to consume us. The wind and waves will batter us. But you, Loving Creator, have prepared this sacred space for us in advance of the storms. You calm the storms in and around us, providing for our needs, and keeping us safe.

It brings joy and comfort knowing you, Loving Yahweh; remember us. Thank you for being with us in the storms and for your provision and protection. Thank you for the companionship of community and creation along life’s journey.

I am safe from life’s storms today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…

You are our refuge and strength, a present help in trouble. We will not fear, though storms rage, and waters and winds batter us. We will be still in your presence, and witness your love, mercy, and majesty.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
