1 Samuel 7:3-13

Loving Divine Family,

We gather at Ebenezer, your Stone of Help. At this faith-marker, we remember how you intervened on our behalf. Your thunder has protected us from attackers; your mercy has led us through trials to peaceful pastures.

In this sacred time with you, with grateful hearts, we remember how you are with us, care for us, and save us. We worship you and only you. We sing together, “Here I raise my Ebenezer. Here by Thy great help I’ve come. And I hope by Thy good pleasure.” (“Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing,” Robert Robinson, 1758).

I remember your help in trials today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…

We raise our songs of celebration to you in this sacred space. We will tell the stories of your help and guidance to each other now and in future generations. We will journey together with the faith that you are always helping us.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
