Hebrews 13:7-21

Loving Divine Family,

We gather at your Beautiful Gate packed and ready to journey wherever you lead. We have lived within protective walls for so long. We wonder if this journey is a good idea. But you call us forward, promising you will be our guide. You remind us to respect and listen to wise leaders you place in our lives so we will be able to journey in a good way, with Life-giving Spirit journeying with us each step of the way.

God of peace, we, your beloved people, sing your praises along with creation. We openly acknowledge you are the Creator of the Universe and our God. We worship you alone. Thank you for being the same today, yesterday, and forever. May our sacrifice of praise, which leads to life and relationship, bring joy to you.

I set out on my journey with you today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

We give you thanks for the leaders in our lives, the wise mentors, Elders, and instructors who follow you. Give them strength and wisdom each day to look to you for their direction. Give them faith to persevere and step forward with certainty that you go before us. Thank you for being our guide on this journey, our LORD and Creator.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
