Psalm 46:1-11

Loving Divine Family,

Your river of life flows freely throughout the landscape. Your river feeds the trees and plants, and all of creation. You see the way we respond to your blessings; we make you glad. For your sake, you give us all we need. You make our paths safe and sure, so we will glorify you. We journey together in a good way because of your blessings.

There is war and violence all around us. We call out to you. God, you are our strength; you are here to help. We hear you say, “Be still, and know that I am God.” We breathe in your love; we breathe out the fear. We allow your breath to bring us into stillness, so we can know you are God.

I see your good path for me today, O LORD, and thank you for…

We are beyond Advent and Christmas. We risk losing sight of you. But you invite us to remain close to you in your sacred prayer space. You invite us to stillness and silence, so we can hear your voice and remember. We remember; we are your beloved children.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
