Sixth Week of Ordinary Time, Monday, July 10, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
In you, we find our resting place. We humble ourselves to you. We silence our own thoughts, so we can hear your voice as you reveal your desires to us. We feel peace and joy, content to remain with you. We sit on the high hills, looking across the landscape. The land is so silent before you, except for the steady hum of songs of praise from your creation.
We become aware we are your creation. We have what we have because of your love. We humble ourselves and are content being in the moment with you. We put our hope and trust in you.
I feel content in your presence today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…
We place our hope in you, O Yahweh. As sure as the sun sets and rises, we believe in you and trust your faithfulness. Guide our steps as we journey on your Ancient Path today, so we will greet each other in a good way.
With joy, we praise you!
Amen!
