Ephesians 4:7-16 (New Century Version) read by Mark Beingessner

Ephesians 4:7-16

Loving Divine Family,

We gather at your Beautiful Gate covered in the labels of the world. Occupations, mistakes, limitations and damaging opinions make up these worldly labels. We are so hungry, thirsting for your truth and affirmation. As we enter your sacred prayer space, you remove all worldly labels from us. You clothe our nakedness with your holy robe. You address each of us as your royal priesthood and invite us to dine together at your banquet table.

Thank you for your gift of grace that you give to each one of us according to our needs, so we may mature and build up the body of Christ, so we may be in unity, in one accord. We are many, but we are one.

I feel your royal robe wrapped around me today, O LORD, and thank you for…

We are one body, connected to each other by you, for your purpose. We seek no other vocation than to be your royal priesthood. Together, we walk this path with you and bring your healing to all creation.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!
