Genesis 24:34-41, 50-67

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space seeking your wisdom and ways. You have ordained our days and prepared our path in advance. We are here in this place together because of your wise guidance. You invite us to come with you and follow where you will lead. But we are held back by grief, sorrow, and fear of change and the unknown. You remind us that your ways are not our ways, and your ways never change.

We come to your well of life-giving water, some of us as Water Carriers, and others coming with hopes and prayers. Thank you, Yahweh, for seeing us as we really are, your beautiful creation. Thank you for the vision you have placed inside each of us. Thank you for preparing us so we can take the next step.

I hear your invitation to follow you today, Loving Yahweh, and thank you for…

We gather at your beautiful gate. We have already come so far, but you call us to journey with you again now. You assure us this path leads to your holy mountain, to our eternal home with you. Give us what we need to journey well and greet each other in a good way.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
