Second Week in Lent, Monday, March 6, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
Who is more able to receive our honour and praise than you, O LORD? We realize this truth as we enter your sacred prayer space; only you can receive our praise. Other gods have no way to receive us. Household gods and idols do not receive and embrace us with outstretched arms. They are empty vessels. Even great priests, saints, and prophets are vessels created by you. Only you are the Creator of all that is and will be.
Divine Family, thank you we share and participate in your heavenly calling. Thank you, Jesus, son of God, for being faithful to God and to us. We look to you with open hearts and minds so we can learn and grow in our relationship with you and be in partnership with you.
I come to you alone with my praise today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…
We hold firmly to the confidence and hope in which we glory. You created us to be your dwelling place, so where we go, you will also be. Your deepest desire is to be with us always as you love and adore us. We will journey with each other in a good way because you are with us.
With joy, we praise you!
Amen!
