Genesis 9:8-17

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space to pause on this threshold of transition. You have revealed your new covenant to us. We are beneficiaries of the agreement and promises you made to all creation. Our calling is to obey your voice and honour you, each other, and creation.

Divine Family, thank you for this sacred time with you. Thank you for the rain that washes away the mould, death, and garbage. Thank you for the rain that renews and nourishes creation. You desire to be in a harmonious relationship with us. Thank you for constantly seeking us and calling us into harmony with you and creation. Thank you for the rainbow that is a reminder for you of your loving covenant with us.

I obey your voice today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…

We build a new faith-marker in this place; in our journals and hearts, we mark the day of your covenant. Give us your talents so we will tell the stories of your covenant to our community and to the generations to follow. May your promises be foundations in our lives.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
