Genesis 8:1-19

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space to listen to ancient stories. We hear tales from the rocks, mountains, water, and all manner of creation. You have been with us since the dawn of creation when Life-giving Spirit breathed on the water. She did it again when the waters receded from the Great Flood. How many times, LORD, has she breathed on us as we journey, without us even noticing?

Loving Yahweh, thank you for remembering us and all of your creation. Thank you for the gift of hope, hope for new abundant life and peace with others and the planet. We remember to remember our only hope is in you.

I receive Life-giving Spirit’s breath today, O Creator, and thank you for…

Call us forth from our temporary places of shelter, and welcome us home. Here, we experience new life, new birth, and new journeys. You restore us to our place of fruitfulness on your mountaintops, in the valleys, and on the plains. You bless us and others abundantly.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
