1 Thessalonians 2:13-20

Loving Divine Family,

We are steeped in your word; like a finely prepared herb and fruit, we receive your living water. You surround us; we cannot keep from absorbing your wisdom, grace, mercy, and love. Your protection is also over us, preserving us from criticism of those who do not understand our joy and hope.

Thank you, loving God, for breathing life into us. Thank you for your words of wisdom that give us energy and strength. Thank you for our friends, mentors, guides, and community who are imitators of Christ. They bring us hope, joy, and honour.

I am steeped in your word today, Living Water, and thank you for…

Your ways are wonderful, O LORD. You teach us how to love others. Remain with us; remain in us. We seek to imitate you in all we do. Give us your blessings, so future generations will see your word within us and give thanks.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
