2 Peter 1:16-21

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space to hear and recall the stories of your love and majesty once again. You have been our light in the darkness, our calm in the storm. You have been the voice in the wilderness, calling us home. We believe because we have seen you with our own eyes and heard you with our own ears. You call us to remember these experiences and share them with others who will listen.

We quiet ourselves before you, God; speak LORD; we are listening. Thank you, LORD, for your prophets who speak to us through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you that your word sheds light into the darkness.

I hear your call to share my stories today, O LORD, and thank you for…

We believe in who you are, our Redeemer LORD. We have heard the stories from others, and carry all that we have heard in our hearts. Give us the opportunities to share our stories with each other as we sojourn together. May others hear our stories and be encouraged.

With joy, we praise you!
