Psalm 50:1-23

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, bringing thanksgiving as our sacrifice to you. We praise you; you are not a silent idol to us. No—you are with us each moment! Even now we hear your loving voice. People who pay you no attention say, “Who is this God of yours? Where is your salvation?” But they are lost because they choose to not see or hear you. In you, we are found.

We, your people, come to spend time with you and to listen. With hearts full of gratitude and trust, we sing your praises. You long for relationship with us. Thank you for taking pleasure in delivering us. It is amazing that we bring you honour by spending time with you and calling out to you.

I praise you for your majesty today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…

What can we bring you, Yahweh, except our appreciation and thanksgiving? All we see, all that is, and all that will be, is yours. All things are created by your hand. Even our bodies and souls are yours. We submit our free will to you. We live for you. May this sacrifice be a pleasing offering to you.

With joy, we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
