I take your hand today, LORD, and thank you for…
Lead us, so we may follow. Call to us, so we may answer. Carry us, so we may truly rest. Embrace us, so we may feel your peace. Lift us, so we may see your glory.
Loving Divine Family,
The time is quickly approaching! We are like unborn babes waiting to be born, wrapped in your loving womb, this sacred prayer space. We jump for joy in this peaceful wrapping as you draw near to us. We long to be with you. We feel the blessings of your promises and love for us.
Loving Yahweh, thank you for calling us by the name you gave us, and not the names with which the world labels us. The blessing was not just for Abraham, but for Sarah as well. You promised her, and fulfilled the promise that she would be the mother of nations.
Today, we invite you to ‘Reread, Rest and Reflect’ on the prayers of the past week.
Lectionary Readings for Today:
Psalm 25:1-10
Nehemiah 9:26-31
Luke 21:20-24
Thank you, loving Yahweh, for the gift of community, who are travelling with us and leading us so we can follow and obey you. Thank you for speaking to us, so we can hear you. Thank you, LORD, that when we ask, “who are you Lord?”, you reveal yourself to us individually in meaningful ways.
Today, we invite you to reread, rest and reflect on the prayers of the past week.
