Thank you, Adonai, for this sacred journey with you. You are our mountain of strength. Thank you for being our ever-present help and provision.

Give us the faith of our ancestors to follow your instructions and guidance. Open our minds, and feed us your wisdom to do even the seemingly mundane acts of eating, drinking, and bathing. We believe you are our healer, and even now are healing us.

Place us in your presence. Surround us with your wise council of Elders and Spiritual Directors. Encourage us to speak favourably about you, and encourage others as we journey together.

Today, we invite you to reread, rest, and reflect on the prayers of the past week.

Adonai, praise to you for your word is eternal and never changing. You are faithful through the generations. We can lean on you, knowing you are always present, and always loving.

Lord of Light, there is darkness all around us. It feels hopeless and we question why it matters. We look at our surroundings, instead of you. In the silence, we hear your gentle voice inviting us to allow the knowledge of our mortality to lead us to humility and not despair. In the dark night of the soul, you are here with us. Your ways are too marvelous for us to comprehend.
