Today, we invite you to ‘Reread, Rest and Reflect’ on the prayers of the past week.

Psalm 148:1-14

Revelation 11:16-19
Who are we, O Yahweh, that you should look upon us with such favour? You welcome us into your sacred prayer space, and remind us of your unfailing love. Although we have rejected you and chosen to disregard your ways and wisdom, your promises never cease. You call us to prepare for your never-ending blessings.
We enter your sacred prayer space to draw near to you. We feel you draw near to us. We lift our arms to you; like children seeking your embrace, we reach out to you. You look upon us with a Creator’s affection for their creation. You embrace and hold us close. Guard our hearts and mouths today, so all our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions will be pleasing to you.
Gather us together so we may experience and share stories of your miracles. Give us your wisdom so we can comprehend and celebrate your voice in our ears and your breath on our lips. Grant us the days we need to accept and return your love for us.
Thank you for the wise Elders, mentors, and prophets in our lives who speak your truth and love to us. Their words lift us up and remind us of who we are, your precious beloved children.
I hear your wisdom in the trees today, loving Yahweh, and thank you for…
You meet us in the wilderness, LORD; you bring light in the darkness, and illuminate your path for us. Your promise remains to answer our call to you. We see your light break on the horizon to show us your new way, replacing our cries with songs of praise.
Creator of Heaven and Earth, wherever we go, there you are. Thank you for your presence, which surrounds us and fills us. We do not need to carry dirt, rocks, or other objects to be able to worship you. We worship you in our daily lives, right where we are, just as we are.
