Loving Divine Family,
We bow down in worship to you! We lift our hands with shouts of celebration! We dance for joy in the land you have promised! 40 years of wandering in the wilderness, 40 years of nothing but manna to eat – no more! Now we feast on the fruit of the land and celebrate the harvest you prepared in advance for us.
or the friendships that lead us to you and remind us who we are. Only you can give such amazing gifts of friendship with you and others. You created us to be in relationship with you, others, and your creation. We receive the gift of your presence along with your peace, and pass it along to those we encounter throughout our day and lives.
Praise to you, Yahweh, for loving your creation and inviting us to love each other and be kind to each other. Thank you for the people who supported our ancestors and us when we were the foreigners. Thank you for the invitation to keep the blessings going.
We enter your sacred prayer space, seeking your affirmation. You welcome us and invite us to listen to your amazing plans for us. We cannot fathom what we hear. Your goals for us seem so grand and far-reaching. How can we ever attain your goals? We feel so ill-equipped. But you remind us of your blessings to Abraham and Sarah; how, in your time, you provided everything they needed to fulfil your promises, and their part was to follow your guidance with faith and obedience.
