We enter your sacred prayer space seeking your wise guidance for the day. We want to journey on your path with confidence, but we often feel we are not ready. Do we have what it takes to succeed? Your voice is an echo through the valley where we find ourselves. Like a loon in the darkness of midnight you let us know you are here with us. You call us into the misty fog of early morning. Though we cannot see, we know you are guiding us.

Your messages of love and peace are so wonderful to us. You are so wonderful that we find ourselves filled with fear and awe, astonished and overwhelmed in your presence. Yet you comfort and encourage us with your still calm voice telling us to not be afraid, but to hear your message of love for us.

We enter your sacred prayer space to receive your revelations. You interrupted our journey when we were wanderers. You called to us in the wilderness when we sought to please people. But you showed us a new way. You gave us a new purpose and calling. Draw close to us and reveal your purpose once again.

On this path, we can experience all things new as we journey in your ways. But you tell us we must choose to fully depart from our old ways, and return only to you. You invite us to remove our old rags so you can dress us in your new robe for our journey.
