“1 Kings 8:22-30 and 41-43 (New Century Version)” by Connie Beingessner.

1 Kings 8:22-30, 41-43

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space together. You surround us and invite us to participate in your mystery. But you render many of our acts of righteousness useless to us, so you can have your way with us.

Faithful God, thank you for this precious time with you. Thank you for showing your unfailing love and for keeping your promises. Praise to you, all humankind is created in your image. May we always see your reflection in humanity.

I am consumed by your mystery today, Mighty God, and thank you for…

Guide us, LORD. Place us on your path. Position us to serve you with gratitude. Show the nations your great love. We will share your generosity with your creation.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
