Jeremiah 33:14-16

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, longing for the day you will return in righteousness to deliver us from our circumstances. How long, O LORD, will we need to wait for your deliverance? How long until you establish your Kingdom of Peace?

We pause today, the first Sunday of Advent, and look to you. In the dark, you are the light calling us to be aware of your loving presence. In these uncertain times of war, corruption, and violence, we hear your gentle voice remind us the Messiah will do what is just and right. Thank you for the prophets who speak your words of hope and encouragement.

I seek your safety today, LORD My Righteous Saviour, and thank you for…

Your shield is around us. Hem us in on all sides, so we will dwell in safety in this land you have brought us to. Keep us anchored in your veil, O God of Comfort.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
