Isaiah 7:10-16

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space to spend time with you. We have been journeying daily together throughout the time of Advent, on your Holy Way, towards your Holy Mountain. Although we know and have experienced so much, we cannot help but wonder about the things you keep hidden from us. We don’t know what we don’t know, but we are afraid to ask. You tell us to ask anything of you, but we are afraid. Even still, you share your vision and promises with us, reassuring us as we journey.

Divine Family, thank you for your love, which fills and surrounds us. Thank you for restoring us. Thank you for being with us. Thank you for sharing your plans and vision to restore us. You, God, give the best gift. God gives God (Ann Voskamp, The Greatest Gift).

I see your wonders and hear your promise today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…

We know what has happened, Yahweh! We have seen and believed everything about the wonderful birth of Jesus. We continue our journey with the assurance that all we have yet to know will be revealed to us in your perfect timing, and all you reveal will be wonderful!

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
