Romans 8:12-25

Loving Divine Family,

We feel indebted to you for all you have done for us. Yet here, in your sacred prayer space, you reveal that there are no debts–all you have done for us has been freely given. Instead of debt, you call us by name, as your children and co-heirs with Christ to your kingdom.

Beloved God, thank you that the Holy Spirit announces and affirms in our inner being that we are your beloved children. Your loving relationship removes the fear and fills us with peaceful assurance that we are loved.

I feel free in you today, O LORD, and thank you for…

We dine at your banquet table. We roam freely in your vineyards and bounteous fields. We once strayed to go our own way, hoping for our own fortunes. But now, you have welcomed us back. Our hope is in you. We glory in Christ alone.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
