1 Samuel 3:1-10

Loving Divine Family,

You call us by name. We hear your voice. We respond by saying, “Here I am,” and enter your sacred prayer space. Even when we do not respond to your call, or when we go to others instead of to you, still you call us again. You never give up on us.

Praise to you, O Yahweh. Your word is precious and gives life. Thank you for coming to us, calling us by name because you long for a relationship with us. Word of God, speak, your servants are listening.

I listen for your instructions today, O LORD, and thank you for…

Remain with us as we sojourn upon this earth. Do with us according to your will. We see all you do; you make all things good. May others see your blessing in our lives, and respond with songs of thanksgiving.

With joy we praise you!
