Fifth Week of Easter, Sunday, May 7, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
We remember your compassion in the Upper Room. We enter your sacred prayer space, seeking your compassion once again. We experience fear about the future’s uncertainty. Our hearts are troubled. How shall we survive in the face of these challenges to our mortal lives? You draw near to us. We feel your breath on our necks as you whisper in our ears, “believe in me.”
We hear your invitation to let go of the fear. Thank you for being open to our questions and responding to them with such love. Thank you for hearing our prayers, concerns, and joys and answering our prayers. When you tell us what to do, may we follow and obey you.
I believe in you today, O LORD, and thank you for…
We see your works and hear your words. We marvel at everything about you. Give us strength and faith to keep our eyes on you and to listen to your voice. We place our trust in you; we know you will return to us.
We pray all of this in Jesus’ name!
Amen!
