1 Timothy 1:12-17

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space carrying the filth of foul language and hurtful thoughts and actions. We fall short of our own expectations and take our frustrations out on you and others. We cast blame and condemnation as we focus on our circumstances. You meet us here and invite us to rest in your embrace. We feel your love and forgiveness flowing through and around us, washing away the filth. You guide us to focus on you instead of our circumstances and self-imposed expectations.

We bring honour, glory, and praise to you, King, eternal, immortal, invisible God. Thank you, LORD, for  pouring your grace, the faith, and the love of Jesus. Thank you for giving us strength and breath. Thank you for the honour of working alongside you. We are humbled by your presence and invitation.

I focus on your voice and guidance today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

Fill us with your lovingkindness, so we will overflow with infectious joy. Surround us with your mercy, so we will be an example to others of your love and grace for us. We celebrate your love for us as we journey together on your path.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
