Encourage us through the words and actions of others. May they see your achievements in our lives and praise you for your goodness. Let the words of others show us how your blessings in our lives are also blessing others and you. We will sing of your love and blessings forever.

We pause under the Faith-marker of Fig Tree’s blossoms. Search us, and know our hearts. Test us, and know our thoughts. We struggle to remain faithful to you. We struggle to remain free from judging ourselves and others. In your sacred prayer space, you calm and reassure us. You remind us to focus on you alone. You invite us into your mystery, where you completely surround us.

The storms of our human condition threaten to consume us. We receive difficult news of our health, fear for our loved ones, run from wars and destruction, face financial ruin, and are cast out from our families. We cry out to you, “Save us, for we will surely drown.” You draw close to us, inviting us into your sacred prayer space. Here, with you, our fears are calmed and we can see your face and hear your voice.

Your love and mercy know no boundary. Praise to You, O LORD, because you are with us in our journey, opening doors only you can open. Thank you for our guides, ancestors, mentors, and companions on this journey who share their spiritual gifts with us, spurring us on. May we bring honour and glory to you, as we continue on this faith journey, encouraging each other along the way.

Remove the troubles from our hearts. We believe in you–in your healing power, perfect love, generosity, patience, and kindness. Remain near us as we journey on your Ancient Path. Shine your light, so together, with you, we will recognize and remove the darkness from our inner-landscape.

You have called us out of our conditions. You redeemed us; you removed us from certain destruction. Instead, you placed us on high mountains to once again look upon the vast landscape you promised to us. We see the desolation of those who have chosen to not follow your guidance, but we also see your blessings stretching beyond the horizons. Your love is amazing!
