“1 Corinthians 4:8-13 (New Living Translation)” by Connie Beingessner.

1 Corinthians 4:8-13

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, asking for all the things we want, so we can take care of all the things we need to take care of. You respond with your assurance that we already have all we need, but we must release to you our desires so we can receive your guidance and provisions.

Faithful, loving God, you are with us. Thank you for providing us with what we want and need. When we are weak, you are strong. Thank you we are wise in Christ, not by ourselves.

I release my desires to you today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

Give us your words, so we will bless those with whom we speak. Give us kind hearts, so we will bless and not curse. Open our eyes, so we will see your blessings, even in hardship, and find joy in your presence.

With joy we praise you!
