Ephesians 4:25-32

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, seeking your truth and wisdom. You welcome us with a kiss. Life-giving Spirit is ready to feed us your gifts and enlighten us. Your table is prepared before us. You ask for our coats–our coverings that are full of lies and deceit, the filth of the wilderness.

Thank you, Yahweh, for wrapping us in your love. Thank you for reminding us to let go of our anger, bitterness, and slander. Thank you for the invitation to be kind and compassionate. Thank you for forgiving us.

I give you my dirty coat of anger, bitterness, and slander today, O LORD, and thank you for…

Life-giving Spirit drapes over us our new coats of truth and wisdom. We will look with your eyes, hear with your ears, and feel with your heart. We will plant and harvest honourably, with you as our guide.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
