Proverbs 2:1-5

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space seeking insight and understanding. Your ways are so mysterious to us; your mysteries are beyond our comprehension. You set us upon a lofty place and show us your vast creation, a landscape filled with life. You ask us to watch, listen, and walk amidst your creation. You tell us that when we truly watch and listen, we will see and hear your voice in all things. You ask us to care for creation as a precious gem, a priceless treasure. This is the beginning of understanding.

We treasure this time with you. We welcome your words with open ears and minds. We hear instructions on skills for living and allow them to filter down to our inner beings, so they bring awareness of your love for us. Thank you that when we ask, when we search, we find you and all you have for us.

I accept your invitation to participate in your mystery today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…

Bless us with understanding today and always, so we will honour all you have created. Give us ears to hear, eyes to see, and gentleness to walk as pilgrims throughout our days, greeting each other in a good way now and always.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
