Loving Yahweh, you seek union with us, your beloved children. Thank you for taking the initiative to reveal yourself to us and to be with us. Thank you for choosing us and providing comfort.

How wondrous are your ways! In your wisdom, you place your shepherd-skills into your family–Creator, Christ, and Spirit. You are our Good Shepherd. Likewise, you place shepherds among us, who have learned from you how to care for your sheep.

We desire your instruction, which leads to wisdom. We are surrounded by true and false prophets who claim to teach your wisdom. It is sometimes difficult to discern truth from lies. But in your sacred prayer space, you invite us to hear your voice and listen to your word. You remind us that your voice can be heard when your prophets speak, and we should get accustomed to your voice.

Loving God, thank you for your peace, love, and prosperity. We trust you to care for us. Thank you to the people who want to help us to succeed and to do well. May we bring you honour and glory by listening to the wisdom of others.

Loving Yahweh, you care for us and call us to care for those who you have entrusted to us. With eager hearts, we consider it joy to watch over and care for others. We humble ourselves, so we live in harmony and unity within your community. Peace be with your creation.
