2 Timothy 1:13-18

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space seeking your help. You have provided your teachings through your word and through Jesus, our example. You have provided your counsel through Elders, skilled Guides, and Knowledge Keepers in our faith communities. Now we seek the help of Life-giving Spirit so we can hold fast to these teachings and not be distracted by the Intruder.

We hear, ponder, and deposit your teaching and wisdom into our inner being. Thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who is our helper and guards your teaching. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we can remain faithful to you and walk a good path with you.

I focus on your teachings today, O LORD, and thank you for…

As you have given us wise counsel, grace, and compassion, give us what we need to also give grace and compassion freely to others. We will praise you for your goodness and share stories of your guidance in our lives. Bless our past generations and the generations to come through our faithful following of your teachings.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
