“1 Chronicles 11:1-9 (The Message)” by Connie Beingessner.

1 Chronicles 11:1-9

Loving Divine Family,

We gather in the shadow of your terraces, in your Holy City. Beside these Faith-markers, you tell us the stories of restoration–the promise that you will once again restore everything that has been destroyed.

Praise to you, Loving Jehovah, for you fulfil your promises in your perfect time. You bring together your community of love to support us. All that we have is because of you. Thank you for fighting our battles and elevating us in front of our enemies.

I find myself in your stories of restoration today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

We bow to you in prayer and worship. All that was once destroyed is restored again in your presence. Create in us clean hearts; renew and restore us. Make us even better than before. Equip us to walk in your ways and delight in your will, by the power of your Holy Name.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
