Ninth Week of Ordinary Time, Tuesday, August 1, 2023
Loving Divine Family,
We enter your sacred prayer space under the umbrella of your mercy. Your grace and love envelop us. We cannot remove ourselves from your salvation. Yet, life’s circumstances cloud our eyes. We feel the pains of loss and disappointment. We see oppression and oppressors all around us, blocking us from seeing your salvation.
Thank you, Yahweh, for your faithful love to us. We turn our hearts, minds, and eyes to you and your light. Grant us wisdom to understand, so we can see ourselves, the world, and you the way you do. May our motives and actions bring you glory and honour.
I see your loving face looking at me today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…
We will walk your Ancient Path with faith that you will forever illuminate the way. Give us clear eyes, so we will see your light and choose to follow you. We look to your salvation and find hope in your promises.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
