Thirteenth Week After Pentecost, Tuesday, August 20, 2024
Loving Divine Family,
We fear for our future, and for the generations to come. In a world facing increasing severe weather, droughts, floods, fires, and storms abound. We also fear the impact of poor decisions, which affect us in drastic ways. But you draw near to us, reminding us that nothing will get in the way of your plans for creation and for us.
Loving God, thank you for being with us and never leaving us. Thank you for working all things for good for those who love you. Grant us wisdom so we may live lives of honour and grace.
I believe in your ultimate plan for me today, Loving Creator, and thank you for…
Reveal to us the ways you have prepared our ancestors for past droughts and circumstances, so we can recognize how you have also prepared the way for us. Give us the spirit of celebration, so we will rejoice together in your blessings.
With joy we praise you!
Amen!
