Psalm 145:1-21
I praise your greatness, my God the King;
    I will praise you forever and ever.
I will praise you every day;
    I will praise you forever and ever.
The LORD is great and worthy of our praise;
    no one can understand how great [the LORD] is.
Parents will tell their children what you have done.
    They will retell your mighty acts,
wonderful majesty, and glory.
    And I will think about your miracles.
They will tell about the amazing things you do,
    and I will tell how great you are.
They will remember your great goodness
    and will sing about your fairness.

The LORD is kind and shows mercy.
    [The LORD] does not become angry quickly but is full of love.
The LORD is good to everyone;
     [the LORD] is merciful to all [God] has made.
LORD, everything you have made will praise you;
    those who belong to you will bless you.
They will tell about the glory of your kingdom
    and will speak about your power.
Then everyone will know the mighty things you do
    and the glory and majesty of your kingdom.
Your kingdom will go on and on,
    and you will rule forever.

The LORD will keep all [their] promises;
    [The LORD] is loyal to all that has been made.
The LORD helps those who have been defeated
    and takes care of those who are in trouble.
All living things look to you for food,
    and you give it to them at the right time.
You open your hand,
    and you satisfy all living things.

Everything the LORD does is right.
    [The LORD] is loyal to all [they have] made.
The LORD is close to everyone who prays to [them],
    to all who truly pray to [them].
[The LORD] gives those who respect [the LORD] what they want.
    [The LORD] listens when they cry, and [the LORD] saves them.
The LORD protects everyone who loves [them],
    but [the LORD] will destroy the wicked.

I will praise the LORD.
    Let everyone praise [the LORD’s] holy name forever.

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space singing praises to you. You care for all creation and for us. You draw near to us as we sing, and you call forth creation’s orchestra to join us. We hear the trees and earth and all manner of creatures as they sing to you in perfect harmony.

O loving, powerful God, we join together to sing your praises. You, Divine Family, are loyal to your creation, including us. Thank you for keeping your promises and taking care of those who are in trouble. We feel your closeness and loving mercy. We praise you.

I join creation’s song of praise to you, LORD, and thank you for …

We see your mighty and good deeds for all creation and us, and praise you. We celebrate and sing with each other because of your goodness. We will sing songs of praise about you to our loved ones. For generations to come, may they praise your name.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!
