Isaiah 65:17-25

Loving Divine Family,

You call us to listen to understand. You are establishing a new way in us, for us. We realize this when we enter your sacred prayer space, when you give us your new instruction and we journey with you. You show us how we have gone our own ways. You guide us onto this Ancient Lenten Path to release our old ways and receive your new way.

Thank you, Loving Creator, for rejoicing over and taking delight in us. We, your chosen, praise you with grateful hearts. We are blessed because we enjoy working alongside you. Thank you for answering us and for hearing us.

I release my old ways to you today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…

In peace we will lie down, for it is you, O LORD, you alone who makes us to rest secure.
Be it on your own beloved arm, O God of Grace, that in peace we shall awake.

Be the peace of the Spirit ours on this journey.
Be the peace of the Son ours on this journey.
Be the peace of the Creator ours on this journey.
The peace of all peace be ours on this journey,
As we sojourn together on your new path with you.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!
