1 Corinthians 12:12-27

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space as free people; you receive us as your children, embracing us and enjoying our uniqueness. You invite us to do as you do. We are compelled to also embrace the diversity of ourselves and others in our community.

Loving God, thank you for the gift of diversity. We, your Beloved, come from different countries, social and ethnic backgrounds, gender, and sexual orientation. We have different roles and responsibilities. Each one is important and makes up the Body of Christ. Thank you for the instructions to include and celebrate each other.

I feel confident in your community today, Welcoming LORD, and thank you for…

Grant us your grace, so we will accept ourselves and others just as we are–image bearers and custodians of your unique gifts within us. Show us our immeasurable value. Teach us to value ourselves and others through your eyes.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
