2 Chronicles 15:1-15

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space and listen for your voice. You meet us here and come close to us. You invite us to reflect on your wisdom spoken through wise Elders and prophets in our lives. You invite us to remove household gods from our lives so we can focus on your word and guidance. You encourage us to let go of religious sacrifices to make way for a deeper relationship with you.

We, your servants, worship you. We are grateful, Yahweh, that you have helped us, are helping us, and will continue to help us. Thank you, Yahweh, for healing the land and us. With joy we seek you and take delight in being found by you. Life-giving Spirit, move among us.

I release my household gods today, Yahweh, and thank you for…

We enter your courts with praise for your enduring goodness and promises. You replace our old household gods with your purpose. We are made new, with new strength and gifts for our journey. Remain with us today and always. Encourage us, and guide us on your good path.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
