1 Thessalonians 5:12-18

Loving Divine Family,

You call us to live in one accord with each other. You have provided wise mentors and Elders in our community, who dwell near to your heart and speak your wisdom. In your sacred prayer space, we listen for your voice. We feel your loving-kindness, a guide for how we should be with each other.

Praise to you, loving Yahweh, for desiring union with us. Thank you for guides, leaders, mentors, and Elders, who work hard and care for us. We are blessed by these people, who encourage us to grow in your love. We choose to live in peace.

I feel your loving kindness today, O LORD, and thank you for…

We will encourage and lift others in all we say and do. We will rejoice and give thanks in all circumstances, knowing that what seems impossible to us is already conquered by you.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
