Hebrews 11:32-40

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space longing to hear the stories of old, of your faithful servants, our ancestors. They journeyed on your ancient path, seeking your heart. Like us, they also longed to live in your house with you, on your holy mountain. Will we see your glory in the land of the living, O LORD? Or will you call us to our eternal home, to fulfil your promise?

Thank you for the people of faith both alive and who have gone before us, whose hope and faith encourage us to walk in your light and look to Jesus.

I hear your invitation to journey with you today, O LORD, and thank you for…

Establish your kingdom in us, O LORD. Complete in us the story you began with our ancestors, the story that you planned when Life-giving Spirit first breathed on the waters. We accept your invitation to participate in your mystery.

With joy we praise you!
