“John 15:16-25 (Easy to Read Version)” by Connie Beingessner.

John 15:16-25

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space as your children. You chose us; you call us by name as we draw close to you. We have many questions about what we must do to remain with you. You reassure us that nothing can separate us from your love.

Loving God, thank you for sharing this holy, precious time with you. We relish the thought that Jesus chose us; we did not choose Jesus first. Thank you for the opportunity to bear fruit that does not spoil.

I know I am your beloved child today, Loving LORD, and thank you for…

We grieve to know that we are hated by others because of the love we share with you. We wish others would learn your love and listen to how you want to bless them also. Give us patience and kindness, so we will respond with your love when we are rejected by those who disregard you.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
