Exodus 34:1-9, 27-28

Loving Divine Family,

We enter your sacred prayer space, and become aware of your firm yet gentle hand upon us. We lash out at others for their acts and behaviours, but do not listen to your wisdom and guidance about how we should behave. We have acted with judgemental convictions towards you and others. But you are the God of countless second chances.

Oh loving, faithful Yahweh, thank you that your love is abounding. You desire for us to know you. Your commandments honour life, relationship, and your creation. Thank you for forgiving us; we have found favour in your eyes. Thank you for covering us in your love, for leading us with your ever-attentive presence.

I bow to the ground before you today, O Yahweh, and thank you for…

Face-to-face, you greet us. You draw near, and do not hide yourself from us. You have found favour with us. Skin-to-skin, you hold us. You fit our feet to journey upon Mother Earth in a good way. Walk with us as we journey on your Ancient Path. Be our God; we are your people.

With joy we praise you!

Amen!

Cherie and Donovan Mutschler
